There is nothing you as an individual can do about it, but you can join collective actions. If you are a U.S. citizen, voting for Jill Stein and Green party candidates is the biggest thing you can do in the coming month and talking to others about doing the same if they also want to stop the genocide. Other than that, following BDS and joining protests as you can is also good. Will any of these things stop the genocide today or even soon? Probably not. However I believe these collective actions will add up to ultimately stopping this. All that being said, if you need a mental health break from it, I don't think that is bad to take. But after a break if you find yourself forgetting this genocide is happening or feeling scared to act for fear of reprisal, watching again could be useful to remind you or provide anger to fight the fear.

one of the most infuriating things about that TX House Crim J hearing yesterday--and there was a lot to be mad about--was that the letter Paxton sent to the committee on Saturday denying Roberson the ability to testify in person was that he not only failed to send it to anyone on his legal team (they had to find out on social media after three TDCJ officials who know Roberson well had offered to come with Roberson to make him more comfortable at the hearing and get him street clothes so he wouldn't have to be in prison garb) was that the committee members are now somehow banned from talking to anyone at TDCJ despite having oversight authority for the agency.
