In 1948, Israel's border included East Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria (later known as West Bank). In 1948, in an Arab war of annihilation, Jordan OCCUPIED that territory and ETHNICALLY CLEANSED IT OF ITS JEWS. In 1967, in another Arab war of annihilation waged against Israel to destroy it, Israel recovered that territory. In a parallel example in international law, Ukraine's borders were formed under uti possedetis juris which is why there's international consensus that Russia is occupying Crimea from Ukraine. The name Palestine comes from Greek word Philistia which was used to refer to land of the Philistines. In 12th century BCE, Philistines occupied small area of land on southern coast, between modern Tel Aviv-Yafo and Gaza. The name Palestine was also known to ancient neighbors, appearing as Purusati in Egyptian, Palastu in Assyrian, and Peleshet in the Hebrew Bible. There is no connection with the so- called present day "Palestinians", whose origin is mainly Jordanian. No such thing as Palestinian people. As Mossab Hassan Yousef has emphasized many times, what is called Palestinian today is merely many different tribes -- some called Hamas among other names. Yousef said if Israel didn't exist, these tribes would be killing each other instead of Israelis.

The World Central Kitchen convoy was a HAMAS trap. IDF has revealed that Hamas purposely drew fire to WCK truck. AT around 10pm, the IDF noticed suspicious activity as WCK vehicle was joined by a convoy of several other HAMAS vehicles. Hamas terrorists then climbed onto and into the WCK truck and started firing indiscriminately to ensure IDF would see them. The convoy then split up and entered a hangar making it difficult to distinguish WCK vehicle from Hamas vehicles.IDF tried to call WCK workers and WCK headquarters on 2 separate times but the calls were unanswered. When the vehicles left the hangar over 1 hr later the IDF drone unit mistakenly identified the WCK vehicle from the Hamas vehicle and struck. IT WAS HAMAS THAT DELIBERATELY USED THE WCK WORKERS AS BAIT AND CAUSED THEIR DEATH!!!

Ahmad Kahalot, Director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalaya in Northern Gaza revealed that Hamas has turned hospitals into military facilities under their control Adwan states he was recruited to Hamas in 2010 as a Brigadier General, and there are doctors, nurses, paramedics, staff members who are military operatives of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. Kahalot described how Hamas uses hospitals for military purposes such as hiding its operatives, carrying out military activity, moving around Hamas members. Kahalot warned Hamas feels safe to hide in hospitals. He says he knows 16 hospital employees-- doctors, nurses, paramedics -- who are members of al--Qassam. Inside the hospital, Hamas has private offices, interrogation rooms, special internal security, and private telephone lines. Hamas has it's own ambulance, painted differently without a license plate. Kahalot stated Hamas would not help to transport the injured. He stated he begged them to transport a patient to another hospital, but Hamas refused. He states: "The leaders of Hamas are cowards. They left us in the field while they hide in secret places. They have destroyed us."
