You can enable live caption on an android phone. Press up on the volume button. There is the volume slider, a note for mute and some lines which when pressed will bring up other options. Under that is a square with some horizontal lines and a diagonal line through it. Press the square, the diagonal line will disappear and live caption will be enabled. Press it again, the diagonal line will reappear and live caption will be disabled.
