convert ur image to vtf and vmt with this site: rafradek.github.io/Mishcatt/ (make sure the names of both files are the same, u can change it in the site b4 u download them) move the vtf and vmt file to materials/vgui/replay/thumbnails of your hud (idk the directory for default tf2 hud) inside the vmt, replace the text in there with this: "UnlitGeneric" { "$basetexture" "vgui/replay/thumbnails/(name of vmt)" "$translucent" 1 "$vertexcolor" 1 "$no_fullbright" 1 "$ignorez" 1 "%keywords" "tf" } after this, go to resource/ui/hudplayerhealth.res and add this as well: "(whatever name you want)" { "controlName" "ImagePanel" "fieldName" "(must be the same as whatever name you put above)" "visible" "1" "enabled" "1" "xpos" "c-168" "ypos" "c70" "zpos" "-2" "wide" "37" "tall" "35" "alpha" "255" "image" "replay/thumbnails/(the name of your vmt/vtf)" "scaleimage" "1" } after this, you'll probably see the image in your hud. you can edit the position and size of the image with the xpos/ypos values and the wide/tall values.
