Great video Andrew. You can drop balance beads in the tires while mounting them, then don’t have to worry any shaking.

after setting your tire on the bead i reccomend spraying the bead down with soapy water to make sure there is no air leaks. you can then just simply hit the area with a soft mallet. It DEFITINTELY helps prevent small air leaks in the future. also, that looks like a Coates tire machine. I might have some useful parts i can send you!

@@AndrewCamarata the hydraulic ram that breaks the bead? I do not, just like some feet for the rims and the tray that goes on top i believe. ill have to look monday. im in Canada so can't phone so easily. For Light Truck tires those rams dont always break the first time. sometimes you have to do around the rim a few times. Its not uncommon for the machine to move because the bead is not breaking, especially when not bolted down. If youre really struggling to break a bead, a technique i discovered was to attempt to break the bead with the plate, then take the guide bar and wedge it between the plate, and the rim. Release the tire, then reapply the breaker with the bar and while doing that try and pry the bead apart with the bar. Its a little complicated to explain but its worked many times for me

@@AndrewCamarata Sounds like you are using a smaller compressor maybe at 125 psi but a 2 stage at 175 psi makes a lot of difference on the power that bead breaker has.

HI Andrew , Your cool Army truck theres two Mods to turn it into Dumptruck , Dropping few loads small rocks on mountain track heading to your caravan snowmobiles Home , installing front winch you wouldn't need skulldrag your truck useing bulldozer, more aggressive mud tyres, chains, Maxtrax's, Dropping your tyre pressure gives better footprint in mudd sand for traction. It's easy, just do a sync clap at the beginning so the drone has audio. Then set up multicam in your editing software so you can switch back and forth.

I would not have thought of climbing onto the pile with the mini-ex but it makes sense both for bringing the material towards the machine and to allow the operator a higher viewpoint into the dumpster. Thanks!
