I’d use the old bricks to properly block up the unused doorways in the remaining brick building. Get rid of the cinder blocks and make that building look just as nice as the new ones.

I'm in the western US, and there are plenty of people around here that would pay a LOT of money for those old bricks!! But for sure, use some of them in the new place, it let's the past stay with you a little. Even use some in your store, your parents' home, etc.I like the way you honor the past while you're doing this demolition, talking a little about the history of the buildings and walls. This is so exciting!

Looks like you thought ahead when building the shed around the parlour, stich plates already in place on the rafters. Fixing points already on the columns just have to relocate and drop the new rafters in fix a few pulins and sheet to complete the roof. Plenty of forethought for the future when work was carried out in the past..

really like your drone shots, can freeze them to get a good look at the layout. At some point in the future hope you, Luke and your Dad get a chance to just farm and milk cows, sort of a chance to relax for a bit with no big projects going on. It has been an absolutely crazy few years, the progress is totally of the charts wild. Just watched the video again of Andrew Wareing doing soil test pits before the shed build. Tom…we put in a 14 point swing over 6 years ago. Put 170 cows through easy enough but want to go to 250 by next autumn. Should have gone bigger. Rule of thumb, Times your total grazing area (in ha) by 4 and if that number is over 200 I think you need to put in a bigger parlour. 18-20 point maybe

You should check with a recycling center about the bricks. There is a market for used bricks on some houses.
