Stayed in that pub one newyears eve living in chorley we couldn't afford a taxi so landlady let us sleep on bench seats in the bar 1957

once again big business developers and local council destroying our heritage, this happened in the centre of Nottingham they destroyed a large area of the city centre and ran a dual carriage way through it then built multi story and modern building only to realise that 50 years later they regretted it, same will happen to Bolton
