I think we need to consider the possibility that maybe she's Hell's _least_ reliable narrator and Hell is actually a super cool party and the worst thing you did was watch an alwaysslightlysleepy video without Liking and Subscribing. They made her the receptionist as a playful hazing ritual for newcomers. The flowers are a really fun touch! It's a neat juxtaposition. I never thought of pairing demons with a floral theme.
