Can anyone explain me please why did they use "don't " instead of "doesn't"? Sorry, I'm not an english native speaker, I'm italian and I learnt english at school. I thought the verb was supposed to be in the third person here. Or is it like "hell, you don't need me"?

"Don't" in this case is improper grammar. Songwriters often use improper grammar to fit ideas into a song, and to add influence the style or feel of the song. If they had said "doesn't" here, the rhythm and rhyme would be off because "doesn't" is a two-syllable word. "Don't" fits the rhythm better since it only takes one syllable, and it makes the singer and the song's message sound tougher. The lyrics seem to be trying to achieve a careless, reckless, dark sort of tone, and using incorrect grammar (using "don't" instead of "doesn't" is a common grammar error that many uneducated people make without knowing, and many educated people make intentionally to prove a point or sound tough/indifferent) helps achieve that.
