The roster is based on the characters that were shown the anime (and with shown i mean skill and all, that's why there's not every hashira). Since it just takes characters from the first season and the movie, you can be sure they will milk it like crazy. There's a great chance they're gonna do it like they did with Naruto Ultimate storm back in the days.

Yea, it probably gonna have a dlc with Red light district characters, but since the anime is made season by season (unlike Naruto) i think more characters will be for future games (since this will sell good for sure)
