@@AtticusRh0desu know that they don’t always do direct translations right? For instance AmaLee turns her covers for Fullmetal Alchemist into stories or character perspectives over direct translations and a lot of the time, direct translations are really bad or are missing lyrics. Nate does fantastic with his songs and I’m sorry you don’t see that. 🙃 and how do you know Nate did these lyrics? It doesn’t say that anywhere. The song on Nate’s channel has completely different lyrics and is done by Shawn Christmas

He speaks Japanese, has lived in Japan, has worked as the interpreter of Nobuo Uematsu (original composer of the Final Fantasy series) as well as many Japanese bands, and has professionally translated literature and publications into English for Japanese companies. lol

I swear every rendition of Zankyosanka I hear is absolutely beautiful. This is why it's my favorite song of all time. And the Gyutaro voice actor sounds so gooooood. Great cover as always, Brandon. You & Cristina blended together so well in this song. It'd be cool to see more duet-ish songs with the two of you in the future. You did so well as Gyutaro as well, to be honest I had a hard time determining who voiced him as I watched the new season of Demon Slayer as it aired on Toonami-Swim. Usually I'm good at picking up on your voice but Gyutaro is like a whole other vocal range I hadn't heard from you yet, lol. I felt for him & his sister when we finally got to see their backstory, it was truly heart-breaking, I cried a lot during that arc, that whole arc was one of the saddest I think & also badass, lol. Anyways, this comment has gotten longer than I intended for it to be. I hope that you & Cristina both had a great day & night. ^^
