Demon: the Fallen - The Loss of Faith (Lore Video)

Disclaimer: Oh boy.
After the Fall of the Roman Empire, the Earthbound demons would find themselves in a world where their days were numbered. Without centralized rule, most would form minor cults and sects to themselves and avoid collaboration with others, all the while the Christian and Muslim faiths grew ever more influential, spurred on by the Prince of the Fallen who sought to deprive the demons of their worship.
In this final lore video on Demon (for now), we discuss the ultimate fate of the Earthbound, and why they awaken once more at the end times. I hope you will enjoy it

I find it funny that the night folks always say that humanity is responsible for all the evil in the world, all the wars, etc. But then vampires, mages, werewolves and everything else gets up in humanitys shit, uses them for their petty arguments and killing them just for fun.

Well if we go by DTF lore humans are still responsible for all evil because way back in ye olden times before the Flood evil wasn’t really a thing. It was basically Invented when Cain (a mortal) killed Abel (also a mortal) Also White Wolf has always sidestepped real world atrocities like the Holocaust and 9/11 by saying “that was 100% humans. No supernatural influence whatsoever.”

I love how Buddhism attributed to the collapse of the Demon’s power in Asia Makes sense since Siddhartha Gautama resisted temptation by The demon king Mara while he was meditating under the Bodi Tree

@@DoomVampire You're referring to Demon: The Descent the supposed "Spiritual Successor" to DtF in the Chronicles of Darkness. DtF never got a new edition although me and many fans are still wanting Paradox and Renegade to release either Demon: The Fallen 20th Anniversary Edition like they did for Changeling: The Dreaming, and Mage: The Awakening, or just release Demon: The Fallen 5th Edition like they did for VtM, WtA, and HtR,

One of my favorite fun facts about the Earthbound is the Demon Kupala bound itself to the Carpathian Mountains and was eventually discovered by the Eldest Fiend (the Tzimisce Antediluvian) and it gave the vampire access to Vicissitude and Koldunic Sorcery.
