How is the natural spawning on this? All fine with normal mobs, are the custom ones to common?

Kinda common maybe to often for a large Demon but they are not to strong I beat one with a stone sword

Pestilence Demons spawn way too frequently in desert biomes on normal difficulty. They are no more than a nuisance, but thats my complaint.
