Exactly. That's still a child. We're even told multiple times in the Bible that for a man to become a solider/ a man of war, or for an adult to be counted for the census, they had to be age 20 years or older. Also when God chose to only take 2 adults Joshua and Caleb into the promise land to lead the next generation, then the rest of the adults had to die in the wilderness, those that were spared were below age 20 in Numbers 14:24-38.

I remember back in the early 80's I used to have a Lebanese muslim classmate who I got along well as well as her sister. She never weared any hijab looked completely normal and we shared many girly interests in common apart of religion. One day she just disappeared (her sister too) the rest of us were wondering what happened to her... a year later, we encountered her sister in another town (because we were there due to a school excursion) she was covered and we talked... she was forced to marry (on those days we were around 14-15 years) she was very sad and said she wanted to go back school, felt so sorry for her that we couldn't do anything on those days... religion of peace and women empowerement?!
