This is the London Underground. Everyone rushing for their tube which come every couple mins. They come so frequently people are usually in a rush because they make their journey expecting to catch one immediately. If it was train station maybe you see more people stop to listen

Idk why but it really just warmed my heart at 0:09 when that lady in the blue coat was drawn to the piano the second Peter started playing. She seemed a little lost to me, like she needed something to cheer her up that day.
