Oh no!!! So while the content patch has a "no R18" mode; the generic Steam version actually has massive content changes, i.e., it ends with at the decision to change history - you forcibly get the bad end instead of getting a choice. Kagura couldn't think of a way to make it to the end of the story without being afoul of Steam guidelines. So you'd have to be telling people to get the content restoration patch and simply disabling R18 (to the extent it allows you to).
