I asked kriss and it says to stick to soft foods for a day or two, to brush gently, and to avoid smoking, alcohol, hard foods, and anything else that might mess with the healing!

Is that the same with the parapost drills, do you have to start with number 1 and go up to 6? 3. Do you use water while using the gates and para post drills or not? Thank you!

You only use a size 4 gates glidden bur

Typically the case of a tooth which doesn’t need a post and core! A post and core is no necessary when we have a minimum of 80% of enamel (=> ONLAY).

take care for drilling direction , in most cases root canals arent straight vertically like this video . this is an advise to avoide perforation .
