Typically the case of a tooth which doesn’t need a post and core! A post and core is no necessary when we have a minimum of 80% of enamel (=> ONLAY).

take care for drilling direction , in most cases root canals arent straight vertically like this video . this is an advise to avoide perforation .

I asked kriss and it says to stick to soft foods for a day or two, to brush gently, and to avoid smoking, alcohol, hard foods, and anything else that might mess with the healing!

Beautiful video Dr. Few questions: 1. Do you have to use all the gates gliden drills starting from number 1 all the way to 6? 2. Is that the same with the parapost drills, do you have to start with number 1 and go up to 6? 3. Do you use water while using the gates and para post drills or not? Thank you!

my tooth has lost 70% of tooth structure. my dentist has suggested that he will b using a titanium Post to give the support. will there b any issue using metal titanium post in RCT. please suggest what shud b done to have max strength wd use metal free and toxic free elements. also shud nt hv any side effects wd my body
