That is sad about their families in Ethiopia. I didn't know anybody could take it upon themselves to block I-5. I understand that desperate times call for desperate measures, but do they remember the person who was protesting on the freeway and was hit and killed by a wrong-way driver a couple of years ago? Vehicles are traveling as fast as 60-70 m.p.h. That was not very smart because not only did they put their own lives at risk, they could have put first responders' lives at risk should one of the protesters be injured by a vehicle.

Well, you repeated what they are saying but the truth their party leaders are agree for the peace negotiation in South Africa! That is why they are upset but the truth for the Tigray region is ended since the negotiation. But did they tell you TPLFs which is the party these people are killing over millions in the Tigray neighbor regions based on their ethnics for the last two years! Their former party refused to handed their position to the new Position that nation are happy with. This former TPLF party leave the main Ethiopia city to their city of Tigray and like two years ago, their first moved crimes was killing the country defense forces who were protecting the region and the border. B/c it wasn’t long that they did their last demonstration and they were saying the Ethiopian government refused for peace talk. When the peace negotiation did happen the whole nation is so happy and the war stooped even the 99% of the Tigray area is under the country Federal defense and inmost area people really happy that the federal entered in Tigray and now at least they can get the help they need. They were hostages by the former TPLF party & the that regime agree to put down their weapons and to handed the region safely to the federal government. Now most the regime party left the country and both sides are in Kenya to be done the peace talk. So to me seeing this falsely demonstration to get attention is way selfish. I thought they were demonstrating to stop the war and to make a peace. That is exactly happen and now this new maddening we are seeing. Yes the shouldn’t happen but who created the former TPLF party because the whole nation knows and was upset too. However, to Ethiopians we are happy now the war is stopped and all regions are going to move forward as it used too. To these people I couldn’t careless, the nation knows why they are doing this an necessity action. Just they are pissed on their Owen party why they negotiated for peace & that is the truth.
