Last upload of 2014 yeee. sdfghjkl this video gave me so much trouble to render and upload i thought i wouldn't make it for my last video like i planned. But it did so good. ASDFGHJ anyways this was supposed to be a 1-2 day edit but i havent had time to work on it with finals and secret santas and mep parts and also the laziness is real lolol. But it's finally done yeee.
I wanted to focus Sora and Riku's relationship throughout the whole series, so I included all the games. They been through so much together because they knew each other their whole lives basically. Sora and Riku grew up together and were friends even before Kairi came into the picture. (shh i love kairi but she has nothing to do with this video because soriku not sorikai or anything else. She is included for a few scenes to show riku's jealously in the game but the guy has some serious issues with that. It was one of his main motives for turning to darkness.) They had their hardships and fought but they got through and forgave each other. Sora forgave Riku for betraying him, giving into darkness, not letting him know where he was, and he forgave him when Riku couldn't forgive himself. I also show how real their feelings and emotions are because not only have they ended up being in similar places like looking at it from each others pov (like darkness and all the parallels.) But also, when looking at their other versions or versions based on them like data sora/riku and repliku the emotions are almost the same. It would always be like this for them, they would stay together. Anyways this song really fits them for these reasons and how Riku hides his feeling and even himself by running away and not letting Sora know he was okay. It might be better if they apart for some reasons maybe not some drama but still, they wouldn't leave each other. Maybe fearful of the other leaving, but they can never really stay apart. LOOL this is so much words I just have a lot of feels soriku is my fav ship dfghjklfkjwkfeeg. It's the best shh they are.
I wanted to dedicate this to some of my friends who I totally forced to make a soriku video and these guys did (thank you ily) and check out their videos.

The connection the lyrics was on point, I loved that! And, as always, the emotional impact was just staggering! As if the build-up of the song wasn't intense enough on it's own, but the addition of these beautiful scenes with it made it that much more epic! A great final edit for 2014! Happy New Year! :D
