Demystifying Flow Bulkification

Topic is good, but I was looking bit more, I have flow which bypass some validation rule on Account object and update some fields value from flow of the ContactPointPhone object, it works fine when run with 50 or 60 rows. but when bulk upload it fails! struggling to find a solution!

How about a data load of 500 records? How is that accounted?
