Hello there HD, glad you liked it, it was a fun and unexpected weekend away. It's the birthplace of the artist Hieronymous Bosch and we'd heard that his eccentric influence could be felt around town. Trying to chose between Maastricht and Den Bosch for a month long visit. Which would be better for being there and relaxing doing day trips to Belgium etc?

We've not been to Maastricht yet (though its on the list,) so couldn't say. But Den Bosch was very cool and we were happy to sit in cafes and watch the world go by...
