Hi, thank you for the recipe. Is it necessary to place the Chana Magaj to set in the fridge for 2, hours, then wait for it to get back to room temperature, then crumble the set mixture and then use the Malaysian cutter? Will it not turn out right if we use the Chana Magaj recipe at room temperature immediately once it's cooked. Please urgently advise. Thank you.

Hi you can just leave it at room temp, the setting in the fridge is mostly for a more crumblier texter and for those who just want to slice them in cubes
