Great comparison. I probably would’ve been a little more aggressive on the denix if I was doing a review, but that may just be from my experience with it. I’ve got a buddy in my unit who’s ordering my CMP M1 here soon

If denix made their guns a lot more accurate then you would of course pay more, and it would be worth it, but if you want a decent m1 replica and not pay for a deact try mg props.

That bent barrel would put anyone off and because of the zinc type material you couldn't straighten it without it snapping, that looks so bad it screams don't buy one .

if anyone is interested. The United States Replica Gun Company out of Palmerton PA will do a dark walnut refinish as well as modify the bayonet lug to accept a real bayonet free of charge if you order the rifle through them.

It's too bad your replica came damaged like that. I would've expected an exchange. I got a denix as well. It passes the six foot rule as display on my jeep.

Very nice video. Was your Garand rebarreled? Keep up the content. Are you going to try and mess with some of the screws on the Denix rifle? Could replace some with countersunk screws to make them more flush and fill in the one on the charging handle

Ok thankyou i live in the uk so it will be a pain to get a original one so yeah they are pricy in the uk they are around £100 for a pistol/side arm £300-600 for a main weopon
