No its not. During the series, Rey had a confrontation with Evan about the whole accident situation where Rey lost his memory. Evan showed what happened in the accident, and then Swagger comes out to the ring, and then Rey had a decision to make on whether or not he would become friends with Swagger or attack Swagger for causing the accident
