This could even be an interesting "gimmick" to add to the IRL Royal Rumble(s). Have the competitors split into two teams, but the competitors/fans do not know which team they are on until after the Rumble is over. And then the members of the team that wins (minus the actual winner, whom as normal would still earn a Main Event match at Wrestlemania) could all be given something that could benefit them in some way, or perhaps could allow each member of the winning team to choose if they want to switch to the competing show (and if they do so, then one of their counterparts on the other team has no choice but to switch to the other show). It could even be a way to "shake things up" by forcibly splitting up certain stables by moving one or more members to the competing show, such as if Big E was forced to switch shows, it would either break up The New Day, or result in Big E being forcibly removed from the stable so that Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston had to keep the stable together (or the loss of Big E causes the stable to just fall apart with Xavier & Kofi somehow having a falling out and becoming enemies without Big E around anymore). It could also keep fans invested since they wouldn't necessarily know if a given superstar would be switching shows. It could function like a sort of secondary draft lottery, but one that wasn't as....well, "stable" or organized.
