Is this an actual record or two separate tracks put together.?..as 'Sitting & Watching' was very popular track on sound systems at the time

I remember it being on a 12" and dub on other side, Rankin Dread had the toasting part on his Album also....

I just put the two tracks on the same riddim together for seamless listening enjoyment. In the days before the interwebs the Ranking Dread tune was not an easy one to come by.
