runningkirk yea it was crazy when i heard Mario Lopez say they originally was going to make his pet a dog. They thought a dog dying was to sad. But even it being a lizard, was still sad. Well, they are still on the set, and on the job, and they are going to be in character to a large degree. They are aware that there are bosses around, cameras present, and that they have a public image to maintain. Aspects of the actors' natural demeanor and persona will always be present, but it's still a crafted Hollywood show (illusion).

As I recall, they were shooting far in advance at that time. The shows they were shooting in Jan. '92, were for the 93-94 season, because some of the cast members were ready to move one, and they were making sure they would be in the show for the next couple of years.

@@DavidCarroll actually I watched your other video where you interviewed Dennis Haskins solely and he said the same thing. That they were shooting for the 93 and 94 season but that didn't actually happen the show ended in 1993. I think it only actually aired one episode in 1993 and that was a graduation episode. The first year of the new class was from 93-94
