Lord I pray that someone will find this child’s remains so the family can have closure. In Jesus’ name Amen!

Look at that dense Forrest! I think with the storm and showers plus getting darker, Dennis got turned around and probably did get washed away. Very sad! You can’t let kids get too far away from you in a big Forrest especially.😊

It is one of many documented Missing 411 cases. Many of them are much more unbelievable than even this.

What about the key family,they seen something that had a child on its shoulder,an the father was lied to
@garylowery62163 жыл бұрын
They said they Hurd a child scream and they seen a man that was dirty looking unclean they said unkempt witch that's what it means dirty like he was in a hurry then he jumped in a white vehicle and took off real fast spinning rocks. That's what was said no mystery to it except who was that man and why was he acting strange and in a hurry. But it was NO BIGFOOT or anything else to it.

@@garylowery6216 definitely no big foot. Could've been one of the people living off grid wearing a pelt

The Key’s kid said what he saw when they heard the “blood curdling” scream was a bear carrying something in its mouth. Pick who you want to believe. I tend to believe the kid because a) kids have better eyes and b) Spence Field where Dennis Martin went missing has a major bear trail that crosses it. There’s been quite a few bear attacks at Spence Field over the years. Probably more than any other area of the park. I think a bear got little Dennis.

I lived in Jackson, Mississippi then, and have had connections to the mountains since 1953 when my cousins moved there. My mother's brother was a doctor in Maryville and my mom, dad and her parents lived together, making frequent trips to Maryville and the mountains. I remember the first time when I was three like it was yesterday and I have memories that were confirmed when my folks died and I came into possession of all the family photos. So in 1969 when the search was on for Dennis I remember it well from radio reports, one in particular while having lunch in the kitchen with Grandpa. It was on the Paul Harvey radio show. Harvey committed a good bit of time every day to cover the story of Dennis Martin. Funny how things work, though, my cousins never heard a word about the search that they remember. I read McCarver's books and remember him talking about using Border Collies along with blood hounds because I have had and still do, Border Collies and I understood what he was talking about. Border Collies can pick up a scent from a long way off and go straight to the source of the scent. But tracking from there is a different story, they have minds of their own and will do what they want, so bringing in blood hounds who keep their noses to the scent until a person or thing is found or until there is no more scent, makes perfect sense.

I've always wondered why more missing persons searches don't turn up people who had gone missing unrelated to the search more often, either dead or alive. maybe it does

There was a witness that saw a guy hiding in the bushes with something on its his shoulders, and there are reports of wild men in that forests. He was most likely abducted, raped and killed by someone living off the grid. The Wildman my have been watching the family when the boy inadvertently snuck up on him.

@@its-_-foxgrrr6041 Well now he could have got took by someone and they could of been from around that area or could of been someone out of state. Or little Dennis only a few days from being seven years old at the time, and after the other boys told him to hide on the other side because he had a bright red shirt on, then Dennis thought about that and desided to try and hide his self better and got turn around then a bad storm come up it was already around 8:30pm and let me tell you it gets real dark in those mountains real fast when that happens and the fog smoke gets worse and thick your not able to see your hand in front of your face these mountains will swallow you up if your not prepared and careful.
