If only Dirty Den and Dennis had a proper father-son relationship with each other. Hell they'd be the perfect team-up for a rivalry with the Mitchell Brothers, only Dirty Den and Dennis would be famously dubbed "Father & Son".

Den psychologically beat Dennis without throwing a punch Den and Dennis relationship may have got better in time if Sharon did not get in the way

People make out Den as the bad guy here but how could he stand back and watch his son and daughter get together? Ok i know there’s no blood because Sharon was adopted but Den still brought her up as his own.

Yes for Den and Vicky Sharon and Dennis were their kids and siblings together but Den preferred Sharon over his bio kids Dennis, Vicky and Zac. Even Dennis was hurt Den didn't mention Dennis as his kid until he didn't want him with Sharon. Yes it was weird but it wasn't incestuous, it was cute. Den used what Dennis told him about his bad childhood to goad him to hit him and he accidentally hit Sharon and Den tried to part them. To have his kids not together or because he had weird feelings for Sharon himself? Dot was so sweet taking Dennis in, they had a great mother son relationship😢something was off with Den, he eventually abandoned Dennis then Vicky when he said he preferred Sharon

Weirdly, I think it gave the audience the chance to see a more vulnerable side to Dennis with the storyline. Whilst it’s weird, they were not blood related and did not grow up together or knowing each other ever existed. I actually liked Sharon and Dennis together 😩 Better than Dennis and Zoe 😅
