I keep my budgies cage and my finches cage in another area in night, I have been doing this for a month, can it cause stress, But I think they are used to it

I have 2 budgies and they have never been this aggressive or plucking their feathers, and here at home my father always puts on movies with loud noise but it's at night and they are usually already sleeping, for them to sleep I put a cloth in the cage.
