ive never mixed in key as i always had those big black disc things, until yesterday that is, yes being able to change the key of a song is an incredible thing indeed, and can make the most simple mixes sound legendary

What are the two arrow LEDs on the pitch fader for? Sometimes one’s on, sometimes the other is. Sometimes the pitch will alter if i move it, sometimes it doesn’t and I can’t figure out what allows/prevents it. How do I get a loaded track out of sync and back to its original pitch with the fader remaining at 0%?

I was kinda missing the click most mixers have when the pitch is set to neutral but I grown to like the little LED instead! Question: What are the arrows @ the top/bottom of the scale? Are they too supposed to illuminate for any given reason?

You have to put the logo into the engine prime folder, the image must be named 'logo'.

Bought the prime 4 May 26 2021 so my unit is still spanking new and hasnt been used for any event as of yet and just yesterday after updating the new engine software 1.62 all of a sudden both jog wheels have stopped working when I decided to play with the scratch feature, both platters no longer scratch or rewind a track to a desired starting point, I have called tech support and have rebooted the controller including several calibration attempts and still my prime 4 jog wheels no longer scratch or rewind. Can anyone help a dj out?

Latest firmware is 1.6.2 I would advise updating it using USB stick, not over the air (WiFi) method. I've only had mine about a month, but it updated fine, and been great. Get the firmware from denondj website only. I saw a recent KZbin video of issues with WiFi updates affecting the platters... Worth a go good luck!

I find the jogwheel to the the least sensitive of any deck I have used before. If I lightly press on the top of the decks it will act as if it were in CDJ mode and nudge the track. It's not until I scratch forward AND backwards, or press significantly harder on the platters that it will stop the song and let me manipulate the song with scratches. Is this normal function?

I just think a 4 physical deck controller would be better rather than layering, let's see what the competition comes up with

i wouldnt mind having an option to buy extra decks of the same design so they look like they belong to it
