So, I bought prime 4+. I transfer all my songs from my pc to the controller's hard disc. After doing all these that video describe, Playlists will be loaded and playing to the controller?

I've done this to test but alot of the cues loops were out of beat grid, lots of tracks doubled up or missing (database unchanged) I'll be sticking with rekordbox

Not working on my laptop. I have 2 ssd in my laptop i7. 1 is for just music only. I can export xml etc but it doesn't copy playlist info over. It reads as 0 fils copied. I'm trying to resolve but am stuck for how to do this now. I cannot use my prime 4 for what I need to do unless this gets sorted. Very frustrated, looking for some answers please.

What if I stream my music from Beatport, using rekordbox and a pioneer controller connected to my laptop using the USB from the controller, can I do the same with the Denon prime 4 and still stream and play music?

Question does this import the beat grid from Rekordbox? Is there any information that can't be imported?

Nope. And the Rekordbox analysis feature is much better. Engine doesn't do dynamic analysis

Depends. You have to choose whether to import memory or hot cues. You can't have both

hey with the new rekordbox 6.0 the export option under file is not there anymore. Is converting your rekordbox library to engine still possible or no?

You can import EITHER memore cues/loops or hot cues/loops. Not both. Which is really dumb

I have followed these steps but Prime will not load the XML file. I have 44K songs to load from Rekordbox. I get no jobs running once I import the XML file as instructed. Help! Wish Prime would have a Virtual DJ integration. It is one of the biggest programs out there and you left them out.

Was the music in your Engine Library prior to Rekordbox import? If so, the metadata may need to be updated. Try selecting the track(s) and choose "re-import track information".

Omfg so i figured it out i feel so dumb so recordbox has MEMORY CUES and HOT CUES. If you use memory cues in rekordbox witch evidently a lot of people do due to the weird location on the pioneer nxs series hot cue buttons, they will not transfer or play to denon gear only hot cues and memory loops XD

Jason Stout ill have to try that too because some stuff i have in engine shows my MIK hot cues but not the rekordbox ones had a feeling it had to do with the MIK metadata saved to the song so that would make sense. Honestly not toooo concerned cause i just prep in rekordbox if im playing a show but at home or if im throwing my own rave and using my gear all this stuff is extremely useful to know cause everyone always throws a hissy fit and has a billion questions when i say i have a sc5000 set up for the night not a NXS setup
