Company have their own planning and policy decision of any worker to sustain their role in the market. Company should also concern and feedback news to their worker for misunderstanding too..
Agree..+1. Company do have the rights to decide any of their worker by all means.. As newcomer idol should playalong, obey decision and respect their company policy in market needs if they want long run in their career.
