90,s muscleworks gym, the best era. There was Brian Buchanan, Patrick Nicholls, Amoury Francis, Ian Wadley, Jamo Nazzar and many others. All trained super hard, ate tons of food and took lots of gear. The best atmosphere in a gym ever.

You don't know what you are talking about his training is perfect. That type of training stimulates type two muscle fibers to get big and dense, And that's not HGH nor Insulin that's straight anabolics. HGH and Insulin will get you puffy, this can only come from hardcor training, eating and anabolics!
