Me and my husband took our kids here and the excitement leading up was pretty fun until we actually got in. They have every scare actor scream in your face and we actually had people almost spitting on us and you could feel their hot breath on your face. They were that close screaming. I left with the biggest migraine. I’ve gone to tons of hunts all over the country, especially in California and this one in my opinion was the worst to be scary. You don’t have to scream in their faces. They should also get rid of the “school” theme thing. It don’t make sense with the horror course /house. Why not just split it up into the things that scare the people the most. For example what is scary about adult sized dummy’s pointing to an animatronic spanking a kid? The rest if the haunt seems better upgraded and actually creepy. I would seriously though to tell the scare actors to lay off screaming that close to paying customers or maybe invest in speakers so you don’t have to rely on the scare actors so heavily for sound. Just be prepared to leave this place feeling unsatisfied and a throbbing skull. This place needs more imagination and creativity. They didn’t even paint the scare actors necks or ears. Half assed always ends up last! And don’t even get me started on the prices for two children under 13 and adults. They charged my 8 year olds as adults! I think we’ll just stick with Blooms and Berries farm and other better well done haunts.

@@YoMama9021 thanks for your thoughts! We finally agree that screaming in our faces isn't the best way to give scares, but we didn't get much of that when we went through. Sorry you had a bad time! We do* appreciate when a haunt has a consistent, creative theme throughout, such as the schoolhouse, as opposed to using copyrighted or generic characters.. but agree that's moreso if they're actually scary and not just screaming in faces. All haunts can vary in scariness by day, or even by group. Still, we appreciate you stopping by our channel and spending some time with us, and haunted houses in general! 😁🎃

Oh yeah, the dummies pointing at the kid getting spanked is targeting a feeling of embarrassment or humiliation, which some people can definitely be very afraid of experiencing.
