Your soft speaking voice isn't top saccharine here, it's calm and reassuring, but has this element of detachment that feels a lot more realistic. You're focused on keeping your patient calm and completing your job, and the even tone of your voice while you're explaining the procedure drives that home

I just honestly want to say thank you so much for making this amazing video, for a few weeks I had this on my ASMR playlist and would listen to it before going to bed at night as I had huge anxiety about my root canal treatment, dentist and drills aren't exactly my biggest love. When I went into the procedure, I was able to lie down, relax and almost fall asleep imaging this video in my head and how relaxing it was, you seriously saved my bacon from having an awful experience, the whole procedure was virtually painless but the emotional relief while getting it done was thanks to you. You're awesome!

Awe don't be afraid I assure you if you let the dentist know you are worried MOST, not all, will do their best to be gentle. I know I will be once I finish dental school.

Oh my to avoid and dry socket do not drink from straws... No sweets and any thing soft for the next few days. To keep the cold out which can cause pain use plenty of gauze

Question - serious one - How does on ensure they do not get a blood disorder when not using surgical gloves? If the person bleeds ... is it just a case of using hand sanitizer, and soap and water? With so many possible blood disorders, I would want to know what alternative methods of protection is out there to wear.

Lol there's always a risk gloves or no gloves... I just improvised because I had no time to get to a store to buy the prop

Oh.. okay .... I noticed when they need a blood draw from me, while at my doctor's clinic, the nurse uses gloves - other times a nurse might look for my vein with her fingertips - with no glove ..
