Dude raiders would have snatched him up the pick directly after the broncos if they hadn't taken him right then and there. The raiders settled for Brock Bowers, and absolutely no disrespect there. I just suspect raiders would have much rather rolled into the season with Nix rather than AoC and Minshew.

Agreed. But the Broncos were desperate for any answer at QB that they had to trade for one AND draft one in a quick span. Curious to see how Bo Nix will do.
