One thing that ain’t been here since manning was competent coaching and a presence that’s going to make everybody step they game up and demand a high work ethic or gtfoh no games type of environment and that’s coach Payton to a T!!!! His mind for the game is elite and. That’s why the broncos are in great hands all these highlights from different guys with a QB who couldn’t run the offense!! Russ woulda had 40 touchdowns if he ran the offense right because he was missing wide open guys all the time every damn game there was 4-5 times Wilson was just not seeing the field to hit wide open guys! If Zach Wilson is open minded and takes in the hard coaching he’s gonna end up broncos franchise quarterback just remember this kid 3 years ago was the number two pick but needed a year or two to get coached up and fix some of the flaws but the jets threw him in the fire week one because they was idiots!!! This whole idea of drafting these young quarterbacks and just hoping they can run everything right away and win is some fantasy land shit!!! The NFL is simply not that easy!!!! Young quarterbacks simply don’t come in and dominate from week one! It’s a rare thing only a few guys can do that every once in awhile! The way this league is going teams are going to be giving up franchise quarterbacks simply because they wasn’t good in a bad situation smh sean Payton is about to really make the jets into even more of a mockery when he fixes Zach Wilson and dudes a franchise QB for the broncos. He has allllll the elite talent and ability and now he’ll have stability at coaching and the OL and the system will be the same every year! We still will draft a QB this year though but it’ll be a developmental guy like jordan travis from FSU imo I think he has a shot to develop into a NFL QB I really love his work ethic he grounded every year at FSU and every year took steps forward and became great his junior year and even better his senior year until he fkd up his leg! Had travis been healthy and led fsu to national title like he woulda had he not got hurt he’s likely a second round pick instead of a 5th or whatever

Lol bro said it was a horrible mistake when it was clear as day had Stidham been the starter the entire off season and regular season like russ was he’d a put up the same numbers as russ if not better! He’d likely have a few more ints by default because he’d attack the middle of the field as the offense calls for but yet wilson couldn’t do that or go through progressions. When it came out that wilson can only run one offense which is drop back check the number one option then drop his head to start running around when he was able to out run the DL to spots behind the LOS and then looking deep for Lockett or somebody. Now that he can no longer outrun d lines it makes it incredibly hard to be effective playing that way because now when you drop your head taking your eyes from down field and never going through progressions since your literally having the defense beaming down on you for sacks that shot just ain’t working nomore he’s no longer the 35/40 touchdown guy he once was but 15-20 touchdowns to 3/6 ints is what russ is at this point. Sean Payton was able to squeak out 25 touchdowns from Wilson via telling him if the number one option ain’t there then take off just the way he used to play and it got semi better but he still took hella sacks and was ineffective so much of games man. You just can’t have a quarterback making that much money when he is NOT gonna produce like his superstar salary. Wilson isn’t a bum at this point he’s just morphed into more of a guy you should try to game manager him and hope he can hit some big homerun plays off play action if you have a dominant rushing attack. If The Steelers thinking they are gonna get something more than what a elite QB coach like sean Paton could get outta Wilson then they are crazy though I hope they don’t send Wilson out there tryin be a superstar and do everything because I don’t wanna see dude bouncing around team to team on his way to making a decision if he’s gonna gone head accept that he’s in it for a backup job and just hope you get another shot and your revived…… so I’m looking forward to seeing Wilson I just wish he had went to a nfc team then ii coulda rooted a lil more but he the opposition being on the Steelers in the conference so he in the way!!!

Russell Wilson played very well despite what people think. The O line is awful and by no means was everything on just him. Yet Broncos Country spoiled and restless like it is won’t stop searching for a fucking Qb as if it’s an all-in-one cure. Here we go again

Smh broncos got wayyyy too much talent on offense for a QB to not have 35-40 touchdowns like all russ had to do was get the ball in they hands! I expect jordan humphfres Marvin mims and the tight end group to play a way bigger role in the passing game since russ just never bothered looking there way or majority of the time he was hike the ball eyes towards Sutton then drops his head to start moving around for no real reason half the time because the pocket was clean then he bring his eyes back up and it’s back to looking for Sutton since he can win on the 50/50 balls and highly contested catches fa sure.
