Denver Broncos Just Got Even More Great News

As the NFL Preseason draws to a close, the Denver Broncos get even more great news!
1.) Multiple injured players are coming back to practice and the team believes they will be full participants in practice next week. This includes Devaughn Vele, Calvin Throckmorton, Ben Powers, and Brandon Jones.
2.) Bo Nix has more praised heaped his way from offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi who said he was shocked to actually watch college film of Bo and see he was better than everyone was saying. Several other notable quarterbacks including RGIII, Chase Daniels, John Elway also join the chorus of BO-Lievers.
3.) Brock Bowers is missing more practice with a foot injury and as we saw with Greg Dulcich, foot injuries are tough to come back from. Justin Herbert is back at practice but missed a TON of very crucial time building chemistry with receivers in a brand new system.
Sean Payton couldn't hide his excitement yesterday in his press conference to introduce Bo as the starter and we all have a TON to Bo-Lieve in!

On the edge I agree with you Ellis has the potential to break out and be a Max Crosby type player who we look back to the draft in November scratching our heads wondering how he wasn't a lottery selection. I also think Bonitto is going to break out as a pass rusher this year and hit 10 sacks. Thats not even mentioning Browning and Cooper who have been solid for us the past three years.

As a Broncos fan, I like where we are headed. That feeling actually started when we hired SP to be the HC. I know you said you were not rooting for injuries to other teams players but it sure sounded like you were. I want us to beat other teams best. We are not going to luck our way into the playoffs. Good teams beat other good teams. While I like where we are headed, I also realize that we have a tough schedule and the preseason really is not an indicator of success in the regular season. It just isn't. Improvement is what I want to see because it just confirms we are on the road to winning.

Exactly right. Bo WON the job. I think sean wanted stidham to win- veteran experienced decent qb- but bo shined in every opportunity. Hes so comfortable in the pocket. No choppy feet - no antsy nervousness. Cool calm deliver. Hes a guy. We are competing for the division now!!!!!!!

15 years? Lol. Hes already 24, by the end of 2 years he will be 26. The only downside that nobody can change about the pick. Hardly any qb is good past 8-10 years. And that’s coming in the league at 21-22. As good as Bo has been, Denver will sadly get two contracts out of him if we’re lucky. By the end of his rookie contract alone he will be 29 lol.
