We have proof we were evicted on a false invoice during the pandemic. Redpeak could not provide a correct list of what we owed. Eviction court wouldn’t even look at our documentation. Eviction = can’t qualify to rent unless you lie on the application. Living at a hotel for years. Suggestions anyone? Lots of inaccurate evictions for large swath of people lead to long term housing issues, no recourse. HELP!
