my yellow lab had the same guilty face! one time we left a pizza in the box on top of the stove with a plate on top of the box. we were in a rush to get kids to soccer. when we arrived home all the pizza was gone but the box looked untouched, still on the stove, plate on top! but our dog had the same guilty look as Denver! He ate an 18 slice pizza! but the look of guilt on him when we got home ....he never could hide it!

I had a dog that chewed the material off our couch. I bought some material to cover it since buying a new couch was out the question. All I had to do was pull up the piece of cloth covering where she chewed and she's walk away and go to her bed with her tail between her legs. I didn't even have to say a thing. years later, she still did it. It ended up being a cool party trick for my friends. Sadly she's gone now but she lead a happy life with lots of love.
