I lived in the Swansea area. So close to the Viaduct the I did see one truck fall off. I was about 12 years old. Awesome memories. For the old Swansea school. That was a site to see when it came down.. As a older person that lived near the highway for many years. Happy to see progress. Yet sad to see my house go away. The CDOT crews are great. They let me tack picture before the house was taken down. Thanks CDOT.

Question is; what happened to all that contaminated soil? An why weren't the workers an the neighborhood protected? This area at one time was Superfund site.

Worried about the bad air being blown out: 1) you have two roads running along the park so…, 2) more vehicles going electric so that should not be an issue in the very near future.

How will those electric vehicles fare in a blizzard or a torrential downpour? Not everyone wants to be forced into electric vehicles. Better yet: it's called freedom of choice. If I wanted things forced down my throat, I would live in California.
