Ok so here's an explanation how and why it works: Starlight Rose gives enrages and regen to teammates benefiting from barriers To get those barriers there's Noble Mogul, which gives them to every teammate every 20 seconds Poltergust's ability gives her blockbuster meter whenever her (or opponent's) buff expires, so when all those enrages and regen from starlight expire - she get meter. Because of how many buffs there are her blockbusters get filled really fast and she can chain them like that Evergreen Evil is similar, she gets meter whenever she (or her teammates) get a buff, so with same barriers, regen and enrages she gets so much meter it's enough to chain her blockbusters like that
