JGRXXN and Lil Ugly Mane were the first as far as I can remember. SpaceGhostPurrp starting using the term "Phonk" in 2010, A$AP Rocky dropped Live.Love.A$AP, and then DJ Smokey released a bunch of beat tapes in 2012 and 2013...the rest is history.
