Yûki Hanjeun I don’t think Jiwon has had the opportunity to showcase her complete vocal abilities yet. If you have followed SPICA since their debut, you would recognise how stable her voice is when it comes to singing and she has a very strong ear for harmonies. Relative to the other girls, she is able to support notes not only in the high register but also the low ones which female idols tend to struggle with. Jiwon can also transition into her falsetto with ease and reach whistle notes as well but ofc she has areas to improve upon, especially with her vocal agility... Anyways, I am sure there may be vocally superior singers on The Unit (eg. Hayoon, N.CA) but Jiwon definitely has one of the stronger and more versatile voices which explains why Jo Hyun Ah considered her “lead singer” material. In addition, when you watch her solo fancam for this performance; it’s so clear she and Bestie’s Hyeyeon have greater experience with working the camera whereas the other girls seemed entirely focused on the audience.
