We just checked out from deorali retreat homestay today. Our experience is worst. Food quality and service is very poor. Whenever you require something you just have to go downstair to call them up again and again. Floor was very dirty and full of dust. They provided snacks and food to the floor drawing room centre table and after finishing the food they didn't clean it up till we reminded them to clean. The waste plate was there overnight. Next day morning they cleaned after reminding them again and again. We faced another issue. Their family function was there till night 3 Am. They were full drunk and was shouting infront our room at midnight, my 2.5 years baby's sleep got disrupted. We faced lot of issues . When we were giving them the feedback so that they can improve it in future, their sister started to argue with me and told do whatever you want to and they are just not bothered about the guest. They showed their audacity that we can't expect from a homestay at all. We always expect a good hospitality from a homestay that is the main reason behind going to any homestay but after going there your views about the homestay will be changed.
