Martin, is THE voice that accompanied my life..Fabulous songwriter, his harmonies are just sumptuous (and essential to most DM songs), and his pronounciation should be taught in English classes..Well, that's just my humble opinion ;) I was lucky to meet him twice (he even sang briefly to me, the english anthem, once^^), and I saw his solo tour, in London..Fab memories!

Martin is one of the greatest song writers of our generation . I don’t know of any other song writer and singer that can even come close to his ability. What a talent !!! It’s very hard to write serious poetry for the popular music . He combined it all with the panache and audacity to go against the music industry standards . Which wants to dumb it down for the average person .

He said in an interview that he wanted to write music that sounds catchy and poppy sing along, but at the same time deep and meaningful. And that he wanted to write it in such a way that the listener could chose how to listen to it: get carried away, dance and enjoy, or sit down listen and travel inside your soul. I think he did a great job!

It’s superb as always….but………I need the power of all cylinders banging with these epic songs…….not a keyboard only……especially with Halo, HigherLove, Strange Love! Cmon guys……here in L.A. USA the cheapest ticket this December is $295.00 ….and that’s way in the back! So good seats are $600……I been a fan since June18,1988……yes the Rose Bowl DM 101! It was unbelievable! To watch Dave be emotional on stage as he saw all of us during Stripped!……. Just amazing! I’m not complaining …..I’m grateful that they are still dropping albums and touring like The Cure…..very grateful…..The Cure never changes their style of playing their epic sets……you won’t hear Forrest in acoustic!….. please play get Get the Balance Right and Dave please sing Shake the disease with its original master recording! Here is the House too! ……we need that energy!
