And an older one! I just ‘discovered’ DM about a month ago, I’m 66! In my younger club days, I was always in the discos with my wonderful queen boys. But I liked rock….one club had a new wave/rock room, I spent most of my time there, dancing alone, to meet up with friends later. I recently heard ‘Enjoy The Silence’ for the first time in decades! It brought me back! I remembered it, dancing to it and other DM songs I’m now recognizing. Whole new world for me and I’m loving it. I may get up the nerve to see them in Boston in October.

@@Concert101 oh, yes, it struck me like lightning! I can remember the club in Boston, near Fenway park, it was small but I can see it clearly. Probably the only club I was in where DM would have been played, as my friends were all disco. I’d dance alone, stay in that little club for hours. That memory is so clear, and hearing DM again really brought it back. Now it’s helping me to get walking again despite health issues. I’m probably the only old lady on the walking path with DM on my headphones! Loving life more now! Have so much to catch up on. I’ll never run out of music/videos. And old lady crush on Dave….

I love DM and glad to see they are still rocking it, however his voice/delivery definitely isn't the same. I mean, how can it be...he's much older, but I think his delivery is just kinda sloppier. Anyway, not hating at all, just my 2 cents (Listen to 101 and you'll know what I mean)

@@Concert101 I can tell you I’ve seen Kraftwerk …Led Zeppelin in 07 …but nothing can touch the sides regarding seeing Depeche Mode one of there best album promoting tours was “Songs of faith and Devotion “ …Dave Gahan had the audience spell bound it was biblical …everyone was gobsmacked at the end, it was on a scale of excitement I’ve never experienced before they keep you on the bite throughout there performance …
