Thanks for sharing this. I live in Las Vegas but couldn't make this show because of personal issues. I'm really disappointed, it's the first tour I've missed since 1990.

My pleasure. I actually never saw DM, a band I grew up with listening to every day on KROQ, until this year seeing them 2x (also SJ in March). So unreal, worth it, and production was more polished and energetic the 2nd time. Sorry you missed them. I hope you have more chances to see the world’s greatest band.

@@KoreAmBear thanks, I hope so too! I grew up in the New York City suburbs where they were also huge in the late 80’s just like in California. My wife’s friend Sondra from high school was in the movie 101. Everyone called them “alternative” back then, and there were punks w/ Mohawks at the first show I saw them, that always cracked me up. First time I saw them was the Violator tour at Giants Stadium in New Jersey, right across the Hudson from NYC, with The Jesus & Mary Chain and Nitzer Ebb opening. I saw The Cure at Giants Stadium a couple of months later touring for Disintegration. That was a great year for music.
