I know the feeling. I few years earlier in 1983 there was a huge music festival in Devore, Ca. It was called the US Festival. I was only 14 and too young to make it. Really wanted to go watch Wall of Voodoo.

I watched this DVD set like EVERYDAY of my teenage years... throughout my young adult life saw them a few times in concert.... they BLEW me away every time... God Gahan could grind, lol, and get the whole auditorium going nuts... Fun times

Yes it was magical. I was 19, remembered it rained, the big food fight, smoking so much pot, and Depeche Mode on stage. One of the best days of my life. I am now 55, now in another chapter in my life. But forever grateful how lucky I have been.

XO Armendariz Strangelove is actually very good, can't believe I would say that because I only like DM playing their songs. Only problem with Strangelove is the Martin character is so offpoint. He is very large and not adorably cute. Nothing like MG at all in appearance, other than the blonde hair.
